This is why I shouldn’t be given things.
NGL I’d do this too.

You need a slice of bread to make a sandwich, Lloyd. Literally the only way to fail is by dropping the bread onto the ground. Wow, Lloyd.

There’s parts missing to this. It isn’t just hating the game. It’s hating and bashing the people who like it.
it’s a very flawed game in the sense that most games in general have flaws
it’s just a shame because Symphonia didn’t really need a sequel
let alone one that went ahead and screwed with the way the Tales worlds typically worked for the sake of the fact that the Wii couldn’t run it to save its life
really, the blame is on the console, not the game
it’s got great character development for a short game
probably one of the best in the series in that regard
just
the Wii
why
The Wii has the biggest install base of any console, that’s why! Plus, it’s likely anyone who liked Symphonia owned a Gamecube, and it’d be likely they’d own a Wii, as well. Makes perfect sense to me.
I don’t really see performance being an issue either, since… well, the Wii is more powerful than a Gamecube which ran Symphonia okay. I think it was a conscious decision to design the game as they did, for better or worse. (It was worse)
It was an okay game, definitely not deserving of widespread hatred or anything, but compared to other Tales games it does come across as weaker.
A direct sequel that doesn’t star any of the main cast of the previous game and adds in monster recruitment as its main party setup… didn’t something like that just come out not too long ago~?

Okay I will do this MAYBE I still have at least one or two of these things to fill out…
…First off, I’m sorry.
But when I was sick with a horrible cold, I was bored/insane enough to make these. I love Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3, it’s a great game. And when I found out I could edit my character after beating the game, even the skin color, to ANYTHING…
Well, have some colorfully weird humanized ponies!
So yeah these are awesome~ (I’m actually playing through the game as Dashie! It’s fun)
A character from the Tales series showing off her lovely shoulderless gown~
And Sophie’s here, too!
NO PATTY NO LIFE
Okay I gotta post this, just for the title pun alone.
In which we discover the horrors of Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3’s “randomize” option during character creation.
